At The Jaunty Lady Boutique, our biggest goal is to serve our customers well. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective or damaged item and need to make a claim, contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order or visit www.jauntylady.returnscenter.com to start a return. Please include a description and picture of the damaged item. We will use our best judgment to determine if the item is either eligible for exchange or refundable (we will only offer a refund if we don't have the exact same item from your order in stock.)
We do not offer refunds but we will accept returns for store credit. All returns must be completed within 15 days of original purchase date.
To start a return, please visit www.jauntylady.returnscenter.com. Items returned to us that do not meet the criteria (highlighted below) will be returned to you at your own cost. When issuing a return, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email. Store credit will expire 5 years after the date it is issued.
Here are the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We will not issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price of 40%+ off is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, with original tags attached and receipt included.
- Any items that are returned with any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you. No refund will be issued.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- We will create a return label and send it to you via email but you will be responsible for shipping once you receive your store credit for your new order, unless there happens to be a discount code available on the day you make your new purchase.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
- Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with store credit and you can place your new order.
We will not accept returns on earrings, hats, bodysuits, swimwear. etc. Thank you for understanding.
We will not offer exchanges for any products. If you wish to return any products from an order, please follow the instructions above for returns. After we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card which will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Gift Cards (Store Credit)
Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and sent via email.
- If your cart items are a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
- Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date issued.
- The email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Late or missing refunds
