Cellar Door Preserves creates fruit preserves in small batches using traditional techniques in both classic and innovative flavors with half the sugar many other jam companies use. They are dedicated to building relationships with and purchasing produce from independent small to medium sized farms. Their preserves are just as good at home in a cocktail or on a charcuterie board as they are on a good old fashioned PBJ. All of their products are vegan, gluten free, soy free, and contain no added pectin or high fructose corn syrup. They use real ingredients to achieve great flavor.
